Tart Cherry Yogurt Pie with NOORA Calm

On Pi Day, we need a little Calm in our pie. This refrigerated pie helps us to get a little bit of everything that we need. Learn how to make our Pi Day Tart Cherry Pie.

Ingredients

Crust
1 ½ cups almond flour
4–6 dates
Pinch of salt
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil

Filling
1 packet unflavored gelatin
4 Tbsp cold water
½ cup vanilla yogurt
1 pouch NOORA Calm

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Add almond flour, dates, salt, and melted coconut oil to a food processor. Blitz until the mixture sticks together when pressed.

Press evenly into a pie pan to form the crust. Bake for 15 minutes, then allow to cool completely.

In a small bowl, hydrate the gelatin with cold water and let it bloom. Microwave in two 10-second intervals until fully dissolved.

In a separate bowl, mix vanilla yogurt with NOORA Calm until smooth. Stir in the warm gelatin mixture and combine well.

Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until set.

Slice, serve, and enjoy your Pi Day creation.
